Apply to become a Member

Applications for membership at Primary can be made at any time. Your application should consist of the following:

• A completed application form. We are open to alternative means of application / application submission, e.g., in the body of an email, presented as a recorded video or audio description. Applicants wishing to apply via an alternative means must still respond to the application criteria

• Up to 3 images (submitted in .jpeg format, max 2MB each) or website links, particularly where these demonstrate work completed in the last two years

• A completed Equal Opportunities Monitoring form

Applications should be returned via email to colette@weareprimary.org with ‘Membership Application’ in the subject heading.
