Join Open Arms Organisation for the first session of the Cycle Cycle programme. This free programme promotes healthy living and offers a supportive and accessible space to increase cycling confidence and join community bike rides. There will also be free health screenings with medical professionals on offer.
For this first Cycle Cycle event, come along for guided bike confidence training, tips for safe riding, free health screenings by Thriving Nottingham and free refreshments.
If you need a bike to join in, you may be eligible to get your own bike for free through this project.
Cycle Cycle is open to all, but prioritises those currently accessing the Open Arms food parcels, unwaged or on a low income.
For more information and to sign up contact: info@openarmsorganisation.co.uk or call 07411970849
