Where: Materials Store @ Primary (Lower playground)
Do I need to bring anything? No, just turn up with some enthusiasm for making and an open mind. 

Join Jake & Will FROMTHEGROUNDUP for making and mending sessions with some debate and discussion around materials, culture and beyond!
We love making, chatting and thinking, in particular about how we can develop a better understanding of the materials around us, what they are and how to put them together! Come and join us :-) 

Access: These sessions will take place outdoors, all areas have level access. See our Visit Us page for more information. In the event of rain, we will use a sheltered area - but may cancel sessions if there is extreme bad weather. Please contact rebecca@weareprimary.org with any questions or access needs.

Materials Store

The Materials Store provides a space to facilitate material reuse, reducing the disposal of materials after their initial use has expired. Designed by Primary residents Will Harvey and Jacob Kelly, the structure aims to employ circular economic thinking as a model that is restorative and regenerative by design, through shifting perspectives on waste thus reducing pollution by keeping products and materials in use.
